Overview
As a Marketing Associate, you will help execute the strategic marketing plans across our organization. You'll work closely with a cross functional team to translate the marketing vision into implementation to deliver on corporate marketing and sales goals. Responsibilities
- Manage and execute general day-to-day marketing tasks and contribute to the broader strategy
- Plan and monitor company presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
- Plan and monitor email newsletters and promotional emails
- Launch and manage online ad campaigns to increase awareness and generate qualified leads
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Provide creative ideas for content generation
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relative subject, OR equivalent experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing efforts
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Knowledge of email distribution platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM
- Clear communicator with a proven ability to manage workload and expectations remotely
- Strong sense of autonomy and ability to learn quickly
- Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details
- Experience in financial services and/ or insurance is a plus
